1st International Conference on Globalization of Social Work Education, Practice and Social Policy in South Asian Region was held on 14th and 15th March 2019 at Special Conference Hall, Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban, University of Dhaka, Dhaka. Professor Dr. Zulkarnain A. Hatta, Dean of Faculty of Social Science, Arts and Humanities of Lincoln University College, Malaysia and the President of Asian and Pacific Association of Social Work Education, attended this event as special guest and delivered his valuable speech. This conference was organised by Bangladesh Council for Social Work Education (BCSWE) and Institute of Social Welfare and Research (ISER), University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
