The Ministry of Education (MOE), Malaysia on September 30, 2022 bestowed ‘University’ status to LUC. The institution, which was previously known as Lincoln University College (LUC), will now be named Lincoln University (LU).
All the University members, including Prof. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik, Founder & President, Datuk Dr. Hjh. Bibi Florina Abdullah, Pro Chancellor, Mohd Yusoff A Bakar, Datin Dr. Hafizah Che Hassan etc., celebrated this long-desired achievement with great joy.
This upliftment in status will help LU to serve the community better, both ethically and technically.
