The Master of Computer Science (MCS) degree is a terminal, professional degree that helps to build a technical career in the computer industry. The programme provides students with the fundamental knowledge and an in-depth understanding of computer information systems, computer programming languages, Internet programming languages, software engineering, computer database applications, computer network, e-commerce and artificial intelligence.
- Full Time: 1 Years 6 Months | Part Time: 2 Years

Entry Requirements
Entry Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other fields related to CGPA 2.5 and above; or
- Other qualifications recognized equivalent to it by the Government of Malaysia.
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree but not in the Computer area can be admitted with the condition they need to take the pre-requisite module for their initial preparatory course of study. Candidates with CGPA of below 2.5 but exceeding 2.0 may be subject to strict internal appraisal process.

English Requirements :
International students must have proof of good proficiency in verbal and written English. For example, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 5.5 or its equivalent. If a student does not meet this requirement, HEPS must offer English proficiency courses to ensure that the student’s proficiency is sufficient to meet the needs of the programme.
