In the current market dynamism and fast-changing business environment, projects are being used more frequently to plan and to manage multiple projects at once. The MBA in Project Management is to train professionals with systemic vision who are able to perform in both public or private organizations in any branch of economic activity, using techniques, technological tools and best market practices, based on the knowledge and encompassing steps of initiation, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects. The program would also encourage entrepreneurship so that new infrastructure businesses are developed within the country in order to contribute to the country’s development and economic prosperity. This program provides the foundation of a master’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis on leadership and problem-solving. In a rapidly globalizing economy, there is an increased call for the skills needed to successfully create and implement a business plan in real time. The program prepares students to act decisively and strategically in real world scenarios.
For successful completion of Masters degree in LUC, each candidate should publish minimum of Two research articles in scopus indexed journals, with Lincoln affiliation.

The Master of Project Management aims to produce graduates who have appropriate skills and knowledge to be capable of managing small, medium and large-sized projects either as a senior team leader, a project manager or project director.
