i. A Diploma in Cosmetics / Diploma in Pharmacy (Level 4 Malaysian Qualiﬁcations Framework, MQF) with Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.50 and above; OR

ii. A Diploma in Health Science (Level 4, MQF) with CGPA 2.75 and above; OR

iii. Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with at least Grade C (GP 2.00) in Chemistry / Biology and Mathematics; OR

iv. Matriculation or Foundation with at least Grade C in Chemistry / Biology and Mathematics; OR

v. A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with CGPA of less than 2.75 and a minimum of 3 years working experience in the related ﬁeld; OR

vi. Other equivalent qualiﬁcations recognised by the Malaysian Government.

For International Students:
ENGLISH COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT
