‘COVID-19 Impact on Education and Beyond’ Online Book Launch Event in Toronto

On 15 April, 2021, Brock Dykeman, President-Vice Chancellor, University Canada West and Dr. Nivedita Das Kundu, President-Bharat Centre of Canada (BCC), and Faculty, York University, launched the book ‘COVID-19 Impact on Education and Beyond’ online in Toronto based on teaching and learning methods used by the educational institutions during the lockdown.

Dr. Sandeep Poddar, Deputy-Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation), Lincoln University College, Malaysia, Dr. Ajey Lele, Distinguished Expert, Bharat Centre of Canada, Senior Fellow, Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, Dr. Jayanta Das, Faculty, Bharat Centre of Canada, Peripheral Vascular Surgeon, AMRI Hospital, Apoorva Srivastava, Consul General of India in Toronto were present in the online launch event and expressed their views on the present pandemic situation due to Covid 19 virus surge. The event was concluded with a positive note with the hope to continue with such educational and policy-oriented activities and programme jointly with BCC-UCW in association with CGI-Toronto.
