Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine programme provides extensive instruction in Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture, allowing graduates to give the entire range of Chinese medicine advantages to their patients. The programme can help students gain a better understanding of the human body, as well as health and treatment alternatives.

Entry Requirements
i. Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least credits in THREE subjects including a Science subject and Mathematics;
OR
ii, A pass in Sijif Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with at least Grade C (Grade Point, GP 2.0) in a subject and credits in a Science subject and Mathematics at SPM level,
OR
iii, A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least Grade Magbul and credits in a Science subject and Mathematics at SPM level;
OR
iv. Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in the related field subject to Higher Education Provider (HEP) Senate/Academic Board’s approval; (The HEPs are to conduct screening and provide necessary guidance specific to the discipline of the programme)
OR
v. Other equivalent/related qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
English Requirements :
International students must have proof of good proficiency in verbal and written English. For example, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 5.0 or its equivalent. If a student does not meet this requirement, HEPs must offer English proficiency courses to ensure that the student’s proficiency is sufficient to meet the needs of the programme.
