The Doctor of Philosophy in English program of Lincoln University College, Malaysia (LUC) is designed to help the students to maximize the benefits of research by advancing fundamental knowledge and contributing to efficacious public policy, improved health outcomes, economic prosperity, social cohesion, international development, community identity, arts, culture and the quality of life.

Entry Requirements
Entry Requirements :
- Passed Master’s degree (Level 7, MOH) received by the Lincoln University College Senate; or
- Other qualifications are accepted by the Lincoln University College Senate as equivalent to a Master’s degree (Level 7, MOH).
- Other equivalent qualification as recognized by the Malaysian Government.
English Requirements :
International students must have proof of good proficiency in verbal and written English. For example, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0 or its equivalent. If a student does not meet this requirement, HEPs must offer English proficiency courses to ensure that the student’s proficiency is sufficient to meet the needs of the programme.
