International Seminar on Management, Economics, Business and Marketing (Organized by : Lincoln University College, Malaysia)

On 14th November 2016, Lincoln University College organized an International Seminar on Management, Economics, Business, and Marketing at Mayang Campus. The International seminar aimed to provide the participants an international platform to exchange and share their experience, new ideas and research outcomes about all aspects of innovation in business strategy and discuss the practical challenges encountered. Researchers and Scholars from Panca Bhakti University, Indonesia and Lincoln University College Malaysia participated and Presented papers in the seminar.

In the seminar, signing of MoU between Lincoln University College and Panca Bhakti University was carried out following an opening address by Dra.Reni Dwi Widiastuty, Dean of Economic Faculty, Panca Bhakti University, Indonesia. An opening Address was given by Datuk Dr.Hjh Bibi Floriana Abdullah, Pro Chancellor, LUC. The congratulatory address was given by MrRaja Gopal Muthusamy, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Acting) – Administration.

Three speeches by three Professors of LUC, namely Prof. Dr. Abhijit Ghosh, Prof.Dato’ Dr. Kamarudin Mohd Nor and Prof.Dr.Mohd. Ali Sekak, were delivered. In the first session of oral presentation, four papers by Mr. Adi Mursalin, Mr. Muhammad Zaliwan, Ms. Endang Kristiawati and Dra. Reni Dwi Widyastuti from Panca Bhakti University Indonesia, were presented. Mr. Shah Alam and Mr. Mrutyunjay Sisugoswami from LUC, presented their papers in the second session.

In the valedictory ceremony the certificates to the paper presenters and participants were distributed by Dr. Abhijit Ghosh, Dean, Faculty of Business and Accounting, Prof. Dr. Mohd.Ali Sekak, Professor, Faculty of Business and Accounting and Dr. Gamal. S. A. Khalifa, Associate Professor, Department of Hospitality. The Vote of thanks was proposed by Prof. Dr. Mohd.Ali Sekak, Professor, Faculty of Business and Accounting. The seminar was highly enriching and was a great source of inspiration amongst participating scholars.
