Lincoln University College Convocation Ceremony 2019

It is our great pleasure to announce that LUC Convocation Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, 5th March 2019 as per following details :-

1.  Registration Procedure :-

STEP ONE  : Student have to clear their Convocation Fees.


a)   UPON  payment  please log into  Lincoln University College Website []

b)   then Go to Menu  : “Students” >> “Current Students” >> “Alumni” , after click on “Alumni” menu  LUC  special Alumni

website will open [].

c)   Alumni Association Website – Go to Menu: “Enquiry” >> click  on “Enquiry” Menu Student will be able to see Two main Sub-Menu, as per following –

i)   Application for Convocation: Student has to fill up Convocation form after make the payment to attend for Convocation.

After fill up this registration form a Convocation Registration Confirmation will be generated and student must print it.

Please bring along this confirmation during rehearsal and on the convocation registration time.   

Please be reminded that without this confirmation receipt you will not be allowed to enter into Convocation Hall.

ii)   Re-Print Convocation ID : If any student mistakenly lost their Convocation Registration Confirmation, they can download and reprint the details from this link.

2. Collection of Robe & Invitation Card:

        Date     : 4/3/2019

        Venue  : Student Centre, Wisma Lincoln

        Time     : 10am –  5pm

        Date     : 5/3/2019

        Venue  :  Level 7, IDCC Shah Alam

        Time     : 7.30am – 8am

Ø  Kindly bring along your convocation registration confirmation. Deposit fee of RM 200 will be charged upon the collection of robe and it is refundable during returning of robe.

3. Rehearsal:

        Date    :  4th March 2019

        Venue :  IDCC Shah Alam

                      Level 7, Jalan Pahat L15/L, Section 15, 40200 Shah Alam,Selangor

        Time   :  2PM – 5PM

4. Reporting & Registration Details on Convocation Day:

         ·   On 5th March 2019 reporting time at 7.30 am

         ·   Registration closing at 8 am

         ·   Student procession commencement time at 9 am

v  5th  March 2019,   9am till 2pm

5. Date and Time of Convocation;

    7. Convocation fees:

Local & International Students

1)Certificate and Diploma – RM400

2) Bachelor-RM500

3)Master- RM675

4)PhD- RM850

Collaboration Students

1)Certificate and Diploma – USD 125

2)Bachelor –  USD 150

3)Master – USD190

4)PhD – USD 225

Ø Only two (2) guests per students will be allowed to attend the convocation ceremony.

9. Deadline for payment;

                      ·   20th February 2019 (Wednesday)

Please be informed that penalty will be charged as follow for those students who make late payment after 20th February 2019:-

                         a) 20th February to 28th February 2019

                        Additional of 10% fees upon the normal fees

  10. Collection of payment receipt

Please check your payment detail in LLS. Those students require for receipt can collect it from Finance Department during collection of robe.

11. Children below 12 years old are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED into   Convocation Hall

  12. Meal will be provided for all the graduating students. Vegetarian food will be provided upon the request of the student. The students can make the request by writing to this email
