Lincoln University College (LUC), Malaysia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Malaysian Education Industry Association, the Penang Education Industry Association, and the Penang Pre-school Education Association to strive for the benefits of its members and obtain more than 50% of the scholarship provided by LUC for the Diploma in Early Childhood Education programme.
The MoU signing ceremony was held on September 26, 2022, at the main campus of LUC. It was presided over by Prof. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik, Founder and President, Lincoln University College, Dr. Li Ying Hua, Chairman, Malaysian Education Industry Association, Dr. Lim Ming Xue, Chairman, Penang Education Industry Association and Deputy Dean Dr. Xu Conghui. Attendees also included the Malaysian Education Industry Association Acting Chairman Ho Chuan Ho and Vice Chairman Nora Feida.
