The Faculty of Nursing, Lincoln University College, Malaysia organised a comprehensive ‘Team Building’ event on November 23, 2024, attended by the Dean, lecturers, clinical instructors, administrative officers, and students. The event also featured special guest Dr. Azizul Amar, who contributed to the engaging discussions.
The program aimed to strengthen interpersonal communication skills among students, with an emphasis on avoiding absenteeism or the use of medical certificates (MCs) during clinical placements. The agenda included effective team-building exercises, simulation-based learning, and feedback and reflection sessions. Key activities such as communication skills training, problem-solving workshops, and team competitions strengthened collaboration and problem-solving capabilities.
