LINCOLN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE 2018 CONVOCATION CEREMONY
(16th YEARS OF ESTABLISHMENT)
It is our great pleasure to announce that the Graduation ceremony will be held on Wednesday, 21st March 2018 as per following order:
1. Registration: Convocation registration is very important for a student to attend LUC Convocation Ceremony.
STEP ONE: Student has to clear their Convocation Fees.
STEP TWO:
a) UPON payment please log onto go to Lincoln University College Website [www.lincoln.edu.my]
b) then Go to Menu : “Students” >> “Current Students” >> “Alumni” , after click on “Alumni” menu LUC special Alumni
website will open [alumni.lincoln.edu.my].
c) Alumni Association Website – Go to Menu: “Enquiry” >> click on “Enquiry” Menu Student will be able to see Two main Sub-Menu, as per following –
i) Application for Convocation: Student has to fill up Convocation form after make the payment to attend for Convocation.
After fill up this registration form a Convocation Registration Confirmation will be generated and student must print it
Please bring along this confirmation during rehearsal and on the convocation registration time.
Please be reminded without this confirmation receipt you will not be allowed to enter into Convocation Hall.
ii) Re-Print Convocation ID : If any student mistakenly Lost their Convocation Registration Card then still they can download that from this link..

2. Rehearsal: 19th and 20th March 2018 as per following:

i- 19th March 2018 : 9.00 am – 5.30pm

ii- 20th March 2018 : 9.00 am- 5.30 pm

3. Reporting & Registration Details:
On 21st March 2018 reporting time at 6.00 am
Registration closing 6.30 am
Student procession commencement time at 6.30am
4. Date of Convocation;
21st March2018, commences at 6:30am till 5.30pm
(2 sessions)

1)Certificate- RM400
2)Diploma and Bachelor- RM500

Please be informed that penalty will be charged as follow for those students who make late payment after 20th February 2018:-
a) February 21st to March 11, 2018
Additional of 10% fees upon the normal fees
b) March 12 to March 18
Additional of 20% fees upon the normal fees
9. Children below 12 years old are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED
