Prof. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik, Founder & President, Lincoln University College, Malaysia and a group of three people visited Zhongyuan University of Technology, China on March 1, 2024.
The two sides held a promotion meeting on the cooperation between the two institutes in running overseas schools at the International Exchange and Conference Center of Zhongyuan University of Technology.
Since July 2023, the two universities in Malaysia and China have efficiently promoted cooperation in running overseas schools. The two parties have held 14 online and offline working meetings and have completed more than 100 courses. Presently, the two sides are negotiating to carry out joint application for running overseas schools.
It is hoped that both parties will continue to strengthen work docking and advance project application with high quality. Both parties agreed that cooperation in overseas education not only provides students with diversified choices, but also plays an important role in promoting academic exchanges and international scientific research cooperation between the two universities and promoting cultural exchanges between Henan and ASEAN.
