The session was conducted by Mr. Mohd Azmi Yaakub for the students of Hospitality Department on 23rd October, 2019.

Professional ethics is an important element in conducting any business with a client. It helps to connect customers with products / services provided by the company. Individuals with professional ethics get a positive impact and help to maintain a customer relationship with their company. Having a good ethical professional is important in describing the brand of the institution or where they work. Most of the hiring managers believe employees with stronger soft skills have a better chance of getting hired / promoted than a well-experienced employee with limited soft skills.
