Counsellor of the High Commission of Malaysia represented the High Commissioner at the Lincoln University Malaysia, Sri Lankan General Convocation 2023 on March 17, 2023 at Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall in in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The token of appreciation was presented to H. E. Badil Hisham Adam, High Commissioner, High Commission of Malaysia.
