The Workshop on Bioreactor was organized on 14th November, 2019 by the Faculty of Science at Kelana Jaya Learning Site, Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Dr. Debajyoti Bose, Professor and Head of the Department (HoD) of Biological Sciences, Yobe State University, Damaturu, Yobe State, Nigeria was the key speaker of the event.
Bioreactor can be described as a vessel which has provision of cell cultivation under sterile condition and control of environmental conditions e.g., pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, etc. It can be used for the cultivation of microbial plant or animal cells.
